Peer, invisible, inside an orchestra rehearsal: Giovanni Allevi is working with his musicians for the recording of the piece “Together”, from the new album Equilibrium. Thanks to the virtual reality, the audience can live, for the first time, the unique experience of being on the stage, among violins and cellos, in front of Giovanni Allevi and his particular way to create a perfect harmony with the orchestral professors playing with him during the Equilibrium Italian tour. “The short movie Playing Together has been selected to participate in the 71st edition of the Cannes Film Festival in the NEXT section of the Marchè du Film”

Jacopo Spaziani aveva qualcosa da dire, ma si vergognava troppo. Così ha installato Alessia, l’ultimo ritrovato in fatto di assistenti vocali: cinica, seriosa e allo stesso un’amica a cui confidare i suoi amori, vecchi e nuovi, di anni o di settimane. Quello che ne esce sono scambi serrati intervallati dai viaggi mentali di Jacopo, che prova a trasmettere a un’intelligenza artificiale dei sentimenti fin troppo umani.
“Balle Spaziani” è un podcast scritto da Jacopo Spaziani, la voce di Alessia è di Silvia Caracristi, direzione artistica e sound design di Gabriele Pierro, musica di Miniature.

Ockham’s Razor take our trademark of creating exciting and touching physical theatre on new pieces of circus equipment to the streets. For our first ever production specifically for the outdoors the creative team designed a giant half-circular see-saw structure. Choreographed on and around this multifaceted set the show features Ockham’s Razor’s signature blend of circus skills, humour and breath taking moments of risk.

Storie di dissidenti nelle carceri fasciste”, racconta la storia di chi si è opposto al pensiero unico, di chi ha combattuto il regime andando in direzione opposta e contraria, ed è dedicato alle vittime del fascismo, a chi fu perseguitato un secolo fa solo per la propria opinione politica, a chi finì in carcere e chi sacrificò la propria vita, per la nostra libertà.

MESHK
UN VIAGGIO VISIVO E SONORO DALL'AFRICA ALLA LUCANIA
MESHK is an audiovisual installation featuring live video and music that tells the story of two peoples, the Lucanian and the African, united by a metaphorical bond.
It is the tale of their culture, their land, and their destiny, elevated to a symbol of humanity as a whole.
African culture is musically narrated through a philological excursus that traces a path from traditional African chants to the modernity of contemporary jazz, passing through the roots of rural blues. The framework upon which all the sonic threads are woven is electronic. Electronics, in fact, embrace all musical tendencies, from the purest to the most hybrid, processing them and reintroducing them into circulation, enriched by conscious but, more often, unconscious contaminations.
Against this sonic backdrop, past and present images of the Lucanian people are projected, revealing the authentic and dramatic traits of their history. Transcending space and time, the link between music and images is entrusted to Lucanian poetry, recited on video by its own author—an artist and carpenter turned poet.
The texts offer vivid, untouched, and authentic images of a world that resonates in sounds and metaphors but, in reality, no longer exists—except in the deepest recesses of our subconscious.

Contributed to the creation of this circus/theater show by composing the music.
Hold on is a show where gravity, counterweight and centrifugal force are tested to new limits. Witness a wordless performance of delightful virtuosity where buckets whirl around, cups and balls fly through the air and planks become catapults. All culminating with the charming character holding himself afloat in the air just by the strength of his grip whilst he is precariously balancing on top of the rope he is holding on to. He holds himself up, if he lets go he will fall…
MINIATURE
Miniature is an acoustic minimal folk duo. The group resurrected classics of all times, and reinterpreted them in a unique style. Their sound is a refreshing mix of folk, tender acoustic and ambient soundscapes. The songs were stripped back to acoustic arrangements with guitar, ukulele, toypiano, glockenspiel mandolin, mini harmonica and anti-mosquito racket.

Music from spectral images. How famous paintings would sound like? I tested them with multiple oscillators.
